Virtual Circle

Every Full Moon, 5pm GMT
Facebook Live Event

Wherever you are, join this free event, connecting our community around the globe via a monthly virtual circle, where we’ll be fully moon-ifesting our dreams.

We'll be having conversations that count, interviewing awesome women, exploring issues affecting the feminine, sharing powerful ways to #HealMeToo and drawing in the changes we desire in our lives and for the world. It’s courageous, fun and always a little bit wild!

Classes

Sept - Nov, 2019
London, Bath, Glastonbury

Your womb is designed to be a place of power and pleasure. Not a space to store fear, grief, pain or shame. Yet, that’s what we tend to do.

In this safe, sacred, supportive space of sisterhood, you’ll be invited to release and shake-out the stuff of the past, re-connect to your sensuality — your true feminine essence — so you can listen deeply to what your heart, body and soul desires.

Immersion Workshops

Sept - Nov, 2019
London, Bath, Glastonbury

Within the safe container of sisterhood, we explore practices to help you ‘listen deeply’ — to shift from head-educated ways to detecting the subtle sensations of your body's greatest allies — your heart + womb.

Awaken and embrace your sacred pleasure centers so you can prevent the states of stress and anxiety that are so toxically destructive to your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Retreats

Thailand & Portugal, 2020

Purify your body — emotionally, physically, energetically, mentally and spiritually — we will align your entire system, chakra by chakra.

Combining daily Womb * Sense classes with gentle yoga and meditation, nature immersion, ancient shamanic rituals and ceremony, all supported with pyschoeducation and therapeutic somatic practices this is the perfect place to clear out the past and embrace your future.

You’ll be invited to 'listen' to your sensations. So you can access your intuitive knowing, discover your truth, and learn to follow your soul’s perfect path.

You'll go within. To the places you’ve tried to avoid. To hear the subtle voice that whispers, "No. Over here. This way …”

Your womb is not a place to store fear, pain, grief or shame.

Yet so many of us do. Whether it's our own, our mother’s, or our ancestors.

Unknowingly, we hold on to a legacy of relational grief and trauma from birth, abortion, miscarriage, stillbirth, sexual wounding and abuse, negative programming about our bodies and menstruation, all creating a dishonoring of what's 'down there'.

The cultural repression of the feminine and her natural expression, disconnects us from our emotions, causing frustration, blocking our capacity to fully 'be' in our bodies, have a voice, express our true needs, or experience the pleasure we desire and truly deserve.

Your womb is wise.

A portal to your intuition — particularly during menstruation — it’s really your primal super power or personal truth-detector. Since ancient times, our wombs have been honored and acknowledged by both men and women as a sacred gateway, to connect with cosmic knowledge to guide ous in remaining in right relationship with the natural world and each other.

In the modern world we’ve been 'headucated' and, just like men, trained to develop mental-prowess, ego, to compete rather than connect, to cultivate profit and power. We’ve forgetten how to connect to this portal of intuitive feminine wisdom that lets us 'know' what works for the whole; planet earth, our bodies, communities, health and families.

Your womb has a voice.

Our wombs are at the center of our root chakras. The primal place that connects us to the ground. To our our creativity. The environment. The cosmos. To each other.

We cannot express what we truly ‘feel’ when there is wounding or a blockage here. We cannot speak the truth that bubbles deep inside our hearts, beings and souls. Our screams over the earth's destruction, the senseless loss of lives in wars and profit and greed over the people stay silent.

These unexpressed yowls for justice and cries for peace turn inwards.

Causing harm to our bodies. Deadening our spirits.

Instead of making a difference we find ourselves shopping, drinking, eating or scrolling Facebook to numb ourselves into a state of indifference.

Your womb is for cosmic creation.

A woman's body is designed for creation.

Not just of human life, but of our soul's unique expression; our individual blueprint, what we came here to give birth to and be.

When we attempt to create from the mind we are missing the ingredient that enables women to magically, creatively and gracefully birth their world-changing, life-giving dreams and visions into physical being.

You'll be supported by your sisters. To open to and receive support. No matter how deep your wounding, you can trust, and be set free.
